Here are some answers to questions you may already be asking yourself!!

What about my prepayment penalty?
Most prepays are for two to three years. It will cost exactly the same amount of money if you pay off your existing loan today or one day before that prepay is up. The benefit of refinancing today is the great “forty-year low” rates being offered. If you could save $200-$500 every month, the prepayment penalty is recovered very quickly.

What if I just refinanced a few months ago?
Most of my clients just refinanced within the past couple of months. The benefits remain the same.

What if my credit is bad?
Even if you have credit issues it is in your best interest to find out what exactly I can do for you. It doesn’t cost you anything. You will not be given a ridiculous rate because of late payments, bankruptcy or judgments.

What about the costs, I don’t want to pay that much again?
Fees will be lower than you paid in your last refinance. 

What if I just want to change my interest rate and my loan’s term? I don’t want any cash out.
It is your loan; you don’t have to take out any cash if you don’t need it.
