Silvana Sarkis

Silvana Sarkis, graduated from Western High School in Anaheim in 1994. She continued her education and graduated in 1998 from Cal State Fullerton with a double major in Criminal Justice and Human Services. In an effort to fulfill her parent's dreams, she pursued her law degree and graduated from Western State University, College of Law in 2001.
After clerking for attorneys and substitute teaching at Anaheim Union High School District for two years, she realized that she needed to make a living. In 2003, she went to work with a friend as a processor in a mortgage company and fell in love with real estate.
In 2005, Silvana started American Classic Realty & Mortgage as a real estate broker and she developed a team of 25 employees to generate up to half a million in revenues her 2nd year in business. In 2007, she shifted her company to what the market dictated and has helped over 100 distressed homeowners in closing their short sales on their homes. Silvana, has coached and mentored over 77 agents in her business. She has a fiduciary duty in serving her clients needs and over exceeds her client's expectations.
On a personal level, Silvana has a burning desire to travel. She has been to many parts of Europe, including but not limited to Paris, Spain, Italy and the Greek Islands. She has also visited New York City, Miami, and Washington DC. Her last few adventures were, zip lining thru Costa Rica Jungles, white water rafting with a group of friends in Costa Rica, visiting Checkpoint Charlie in Berlin, and toured the canals in Amsterdam. Silvana takes care of her mom and very loving to her 2 brothers and sister. She has 2 nephews and one niece that she absolutely adores.
One thing that nobody knows about Silvana, she competed at Arthur Murray dance school for salsa, cha-cha, rumba and swing and won for 2nd place.

Robert Watkins

Robert Watkins graduated High School in 1979. He quickly started working for professional photographers and in a short time started his own professional photography business and grew it into a successful full time career, He continues to create beautiful portraits for his long time clientele of 30+ years. He enjoys creating and working with people.
Robert also found another passion, Real Estate! With a great desire for learning he enjoys reading and keeping up on the latest information. He has been a full time real estate agent for over four years.
Either helping people find their dream home or helping people sell their home and move forward to that new home is a rewarding adventure for both Robert and his clients.
Robert has three beautiful young adult children that he loves dearly. He enjoys spending time with them camping, motorcycle riding, going to the beach, movies or simply making and having a great dinner together.
Robert understands the meaning of friendships, hard work, commitment and dedication to his clients, family and his career as real estate agent.
